1.All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature. 2.Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12” twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1μ & 47μ parallel capacitor. 3.Tolerance: includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation. 4.The power supply is considered a component which will be installed into a final equipment. The final equipment must be re-confirmed that it still meets EMC directives. |

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver product-related technical consultations tailored to individual customer requirements. Address customer inquiries regarding the use and functionality of EDR products. Facilitate a deeper understanding of product features, enabling customers to utilize the software effectively and efficiently.
Remote Assistance Purpose:
Offer hands-on support to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless product operation. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance with software installation and setup through remote control tools or online guidance. Support customers in making configuration adjustments for optimized performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues to resolve them promptly during usage.
Abnormal Output Voltage
A malfunction in the voltage regulation control circuit within the power supply can result in issues caused by damaged or degraded components, such as sampling resistors, error amplifiers, optocouplers, or power control chips. These faults may cause the output voltage to deviate significantly, either becoming excessively high or too low, which can negatively impact system performance.
Excessive Ripple
The aging, failure, or reduced capacity of filter capacitors can lead to an increase in the ripple component of the DC voltage output. This excessive ripple may disrupt the proper functioning of connected load equipment, thereby reducing reliability and performance.
Installation Issues
If the installation dimensions of the guide rail power supply are not compatible with the equipment’s guide rail, or if it is improperly secured during installation, the power supply may become unstable. Such misalignment can compromise both the safety and stability of the system.
