1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12” twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1μ & 47μ parallel capacitor. 3 .Tolerance: includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation. 4. The power supply is considered a component which will be installed into a final equipment. The final equipment must be re-confirmed that it still meets EMC directives. 5 . Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored technical consultations to address individual customer requirements. Respond to customer inquiries about the usage and functionality of EDR products. Enhance customer understanding of product features, enabling them to utilize the software more effectively and efficiently.
Remote Assistance Purpose:
Provide practical support to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through software installation and setup using remote control tools or online support. Assist with configuration adjustments to optimize system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems quickly to minimize downtime.
Abnormal output voltage:
When the voltage regulation control circuit inside the power supply is faulty, such as sampling resistance, error sampling amplifier, optical coupler, power control chip and other components damage or performance degradation, the output voltage will be too high or too low.
Excessive ripple:
aging, failure or capacity reduction of the filter capacitor will increase the ripple component in the DC voltage output by the power supply and affect the normal operation of the load equipment.
Installation problems:
The installation size of the guide rail power supply does not match the guide rail of the equipment, or it is not correctly stuck in the guide rail during the installation process, which will lead to the power supply cannot be firmly installed in the equipment, affecting the safety and stability of use.
